Our History
Millfoods emerged in 2023 with the vision of revolutionizing natural corn processing in Mexico. Facing a historical dependence on imports, our mission was clear: empower national producers and guarantee full traceability and quality for the industry. Strategically located in Salamanca, Guanajuato to facilitate national and international distribution. Currently, Millfoods has the most modern dry milling plant in the world. From there, we process white and yellow corn under standards of efficiency, sustainability, and industrial quality. Today, Millfoods is more than a corn processor: it's a bridge between Mexican agricultural origins and the companies that feed the world.

From this mission, our dry milling plant was born, operating as one of the most modern plants in the world. Thanks to its innovative system, this plant doesn't use water in its processes and runs on renewable energy, significantly reducing its environmental footprint and setting a new standard in agroindustrial sustainability.
