Our History
Millfoods was born in 2023 with the vision of transforming natural corn processing in Mexico. Facing a historical dependence on imports, our mission was clear: strengthen the national agricultural sector, support Mexican producers, and guarantee high-quality corn with traceability for the food industry.
Strategically located in Salamanca, Guanajuato, Mexico to facilitate national and international distribution. Currently, Millfoods has the most modern dry milling plant in the world. From there, we process white and yellow corn under standards of efficiency, sustainability, and industrial quality. Today, Millfoods is more than a corn processor: it's a bridge between Mexican agricultural origins and the companies that feed the world.
